K\u0131sacas\u0131 kendimize kar\u015f\u0131 merhametli, duyarl\u0131 ve anlay\u0131\u015fl\u0131 davranmama e\u011filimi g\u00f6steririz.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eefkat, anlay\u0131\u015f ve duyarl\u0131k kavramlar\u0131 asl\u0131nda uzak do\u011fu felsefelerinde y\u00fczy\u0131llard\u0131r yer almas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, bu kavramlar\u0131n psikoloji alan\u0131ndaki yeri olduk\u00e7a yenidir. \u00a0Tarihe bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, \u015fefkat ve duyarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ya\u015fanan ac\u0131lar\u0131 dindirme ve ya\u015fam\u0131n zorluklar\u0131yla y\u00fczle\u015firken gerekli cesareti ve g\u00fcc\u00fc kazanma gereklerinden \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131na tan\u0131k oluruz. Asl\u0131nda merhamet, anlay\u0131\u015f, duyarl\u0131k, \u015fefkat gibi duygular\u0131n genelde ba\u015fka insanlara g\u00f6sterildi\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcr\u00fcz. Ancak ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar sayesinde ki\u015finin kendisine g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi duyarl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ve anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131n da en az ba\u015fkalar\u0131na g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi kadar \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu biliyoruz. Hatta uzak do\u011fu felsefelerine g\u00f6re \u015fefkat ve duyarl\u0131k kendimizi i\u00e7ermiyorsa eksik kalmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130ngilizce&#8217;deki &#8220;self-compassion&#8221; kavram\u0131 T\u00fcrk\u00e7e&#8217;ye \u00f6z-anlay\u0131\u015f, \u00f6z-duyarl\u0131k, \u00f6z-merhamet gibi farkl\u0131 \u015fekillerde \u00e7evrilmi\u015f ve \u00e7e\u015fitli ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar taraf\u0131ndan bu farkl\u0131 s\u00f6zc\u00fcklerle anlat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ancak \u00f6z\u00fcnde benzer \u015feyleri ifade etmektedir. \u00a0Peki nedir kendine kar\u015f\u0131 anlay\u0131\u015fl\u0131, duyarl\u0131, merhametli olmak? Genel olarak ki\u015finin zor zamanlarda, hata yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumlarda, s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ya da zay\u0131f anlar\u0131nda kendisine kar\u015f\u0131 duygusal anlamda destekleyici ve anlay\u0131\u015fl\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7erir.\u00a0 Kendimize kar\u015f\u0131 duyarl\u0131 olmak, sevdiklerimiz zor zamanlardan ge\u00e7erken onlara g\u00f6sterdi\u011fimiz ilgi, destek ve nezaketin benzerini gerekti\u011finde kendimize de g\u00f6sterebilmektir asl\u0131nda.\u00a0Ki\u015finin kendisine g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi bu anlay\u0131\u015f ve duyarl\u0131k temel olarak \u015fu \u00fc\u00e7 \u00f6\u011feden olu\u015fur:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kendine kar\u015f\u0131 \u015fefkat g\u00f6sterme:<\/strong> Yarg\u0131lay\u0131c\u0131 ve sert olmaktansa ki\u015finin kendine kar\u015f\u0131 anlay\u0131\u015fl\u0131 olma e\u011filimidir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ortak payda\u015f\u0131m:<\/strong> Ki\u015finin, ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorunlar\u0131 ve deneyimleri bireysel olarak g\u00f6rmesinden ziyade t\u00fcm insanlar\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorun ve deneyimler olarak g\u00f6rmesidir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bilin\u00e7lilik:<\/strong> Ki\u015finin \u015fimdiki zaman\u0131n fark\u0131nda olmas\u0131 ve hem ho\u015funa gitmeyen y\u00f6nlerini reddetmemesi, hem onlar \u00fcst\u00fcnde s\u00fcrekli d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmemesidir. Yani bu duyarl\u0131k ve anlay\u0131\u015f bizi olumsuz durumlarda \u00e7e\u015fitli duygusal risklerden koruma g\u00fcc\u00fcne sahiptir.<\/p>\n<p>Kendimize kar\u015f\u0131 geli\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz anlay\u0131\u015f,\u00a0 hatalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 g\u00f6rmezden gelmek, yanl\u0131\u015f yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda bunun i\u00e7in bahaneler \u00fcretmek de\u011fildir.
